Note: If the phone number or email address associated with your HUAWEI ID is no longer in use, please submit an account change request in order to associate a new phone number or email address.
- The phone number or email address you entered may be incorrect. Please double-check to verify that the number you entered is correct.
- The SMS may have been blocked by your carrier. Please contact your carrier for more information.
- You may have set up an SMS blocklist on your phone. Please check it is true. If so, remove the number in question from the blocklist.
- There might be a network delay. Please wait for a while.
Note: If the number of times you entered incorrect verification codes has reached the limit, you have to wait 3 to 24 hours and try again.
