Foxit Reader crashes when I try to create or export a PDF file in it

Problem

When the user clicks Create PDF or Export File on the home page of the UWP version of Foxit Reader, the app crashes.

Cause

There is an incompatibility issue between Foxit Reader and the Microsoft system.

Solution

  1. You are advised to report this issue to the third-party customer service for technical support.
  2. Huawei will report this issue to the third-party app company for optimisation.
