The video stops playing but the audio is still playing normally after my HUAWEI phone screen turns off during phone screen projection

Problem:

When using screen projection to open a third-party app (such as Chrome) and play a video on a large screen, the video stops playing on the large screen but the audio is still playing after the screen turns off automatically.

  1. Check whether the default gallery/browser on your phone can play videos properly. If so, the issue may lie with the third-party app. Update the third-party app to its latest version and try again. If the issue persists, contact the third-party app developers for assistance.
  2. Use your phone's pre-installed video app, browser, gallery, or another third-party browser or video app to watch the video.
