| Virtual navigation keys on my HUAWEI phone are unresponsive |
If your HUAWEI phone is using Three-key navigation mode and the virtual navigation keys are unresponsive after you touch them, clean the screen and change the theme to the pre-installed theme. If the issue persists, perform the following steps:
Virtual navigation keys on the home screen are unresponsive
This may be due to the Mistouch prevention area having been touched. Remember to touch the virtual navigation key area instead.
- Try touching the navigation keys with greater precision.
- Avoid touching the mistouch prevention area.
Virtual navigation keys are unresponsive when an app is being launched
- When an app is loading upon being launched, the navigation keys may be unresponsive for a short time.
- Some apps can't be exited via the Return key. To close such apps, go to the Recent task screen to stop it from running.
For Three-key navigation: Touch
and then 
to close apps in the background.For Gesture navigation: Swipe from the bottom to the centre of the screen, and touch
to close apps in the background.
