An admin can set a safe zone for the kids watch to receive notifications in the FamCare app when the watch enters or exits that zone.

1. Open the FamCare app, touch in the upper right corner of the home screen, and go to Safe Zone > Add.
2. Touch Address to enter the screen for editing the name and address.
3. Touch the text box on the right of Name and enter the name of a safe zone.
4. Touch the text box on the right of Address and then enter an address to search for the center of a safe zone or drag the map to select the center of a safe zone.
5. Under the map, touch or drag the coordinates to set the safe zone and tap in the upper right corner to save the settings.
6. Touch Repeat to select a notification period and tap OK to set it. Then touch in the upper right corner to save the settings.
7. After the settings take effect, the FamCare app will display a message when your child enters or leaves the safe zone. This message will not be displayed on the kids watch.

 

• A maximum of seven safe zones (including the default home and school zones) can be set for your child.
• A safe is not a specific location but a circular area with a radius of 300 to 1000 metres. The radius can be set according to your needs but irregular areas are not supported.
• After Safe Zone is enabled, the kids watch will be located periodically, which will increase power consumption. Safe Zone will be unavailable when the watch enters Power Saving mode.
