Open the battery cover on the back of the scale, correctly insert the batteries, and close the battery cover. The scale will power on automatically and get ready for Bluetooth pairing.
After a while, if the scale is not used, its screen will turn off and it will enter standby mode. Stepping on the scale automatically wakes it up.
