Troubleshoot issues with SkyTone
  1. Check whether the signal of the local network provider's network is good.
  2. If so, for SkyTone 11.0.0.357, go to SkyTone > Me > Help > Troubleshooting > Can't connect to data abroad > Initialise SkyTone (Internet connection required) and follow the onscreen instructions to resolve the issue.

    For SkyTone 11.0.0.36X, go to SkyTone > Me > Settings > Advanced settings > Initialise SkyTone (Internet connection required) and follow the onscreen instructions to resolve the issue.

    Make sure that your phone is able to access the Internet before performing the operation, as you need to reactivate the service after initialising data.

  3. If the issue persists, go to Feedback in SkyTone, and provide the time when the issue occurred and detailed problem description. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
