Problem
When the monitor's USB-C port is connected to the host for screen projection and the monitor's USB-A port is connected to a USB flash drive, the file transfer speed is slow.
Cause
When the monitor's USB-C port is connected to the host for screen projection, the USB-C channel is used for video transmission and the USB 3.0 channel is occupied to ensure the best possible display. Therefore, only the USB 2.0 channel can be used for file transfers through the USB-A port, causing the transfers to be slow.
Solution
The HDMI, MiniDP, and USB-C ports on the monitor can be used for screen projection. If you need to use the USB port for fast transmission, you are advised to connect the HDMI or MiniDP port to the host for screen projection and use the USB-C port for data transmission.
