Problem

After the phone's screen is projected wirelessly, reverse control using a keyboard or mouse does not work.

Cause

The monitor is incorrectly connected with the keyboard or mouse.

Solution

Perform the following steps:

1. Update your phone to HarmonyOS 2. Refer to the official information for HarmonyOS 2 update times for different models. More phones will be applicable to this scenario, but some foldable phones such as the Mate X2 may need a longer R&D time to be applicable.

2. If your phone cannot be updated, use the Touchpad app on your phone or connect the keyboard or mouse to your phone to perform reverse control in Desktop Mode.
