Unable to send emails on my HUAWEI phone/tablet

Perform the following steps to troubleshoot:

1. Network connection issues

  1. Switch between the mobile data and Wi-Fi network, and try again.
  2. Check whether you can send emails via Wi-Fi, but not via mobile data. If so, open Tablet Manager/Optimiser, go to Mobile data > Networked apps, touch Email, and select both Mobile data and Wi-Fi.

2. Log out of the email account, and log in again

Open Email, go to > Settings to log in to your account, touch Remove account to log out, and then log in to your account again to send emails.

3. If the issue persists

If the issue remains unresolved, call the Huawei customer service hotline for further assistance.
