Problem
After the user starts pairing the monitor with a Bluetooth mouse on the Keyboard & Mouse screen, a loading circle is displayed and the system does not respond.
Cause
You may not have followed the onscreen instructions correctly.
Solution
- Open the Settings screen of the MateView monitor with one finger and slide one finger along the Smart Bar to switch to Keyboard & Mouse.
- Tap the Smart Bar to enter the Keyboard & Mouse screen. Touch the pairing switch to start pairing.
- After a mouse icon and the mouse name are displayed, slide along the Smart Bar from left to right. There will be a circle around the mouse icon and the mouse name.
- Tap the Smart Bar with one finger to start connecting. The Connecting prompt will then be displayed.
- After the Bluetooth mouse is connected to the monitor, the Connected prompt will then be displayed.
If the issue persists, use the one-stop workstation to despatch a work order to check and repair the monitor onsite.
