Follow the troubleshooting steps below:
1. Check whether you have logged in through Exchange
Only Exchange mode can sync contacts and calendar. If you have logged in to your mailbox, open Email, touch in the upper right corner, go to Settings > Add account, and touch the Exchange icon to log in.
If you have not logged in to your mailbox, open Email and select Exchange to log in.
2. Sync contacts and Sync Calendar are not enabled
Go to Email > Settings > Accounts and enable Sync contacts and Sync Calendar.
3. If the issue remains unresolved
Call the Huawei consumer service hotline for further assistance.
