Problem 2:

Why is the top blank screen the second word in the candidate column?

Solution:

By default, the preferred word is displayed in the second position of the Candidate column on the Celia Keyboard. Click the space to display the preferred word.

Question 3:

The number keys cannot be found on the main keyboard. You must enter the symbol keyboard.

Solution:

In Settings of Celia Keyboard, tap Keyboard and select Show number row to display the numeric keys on the main keyboard.





Question 4:

Why do you click space bar sometimes to appear a period?

Solution:

Double-clicking a space after a word will result in a period. You can click Input in Settings on the Celia Keyboard. Select Double-space period to control the use of this feature.





Question 5:

Where can I turn off the sound?

Solution:

Click on the logo in the upper left corner of the virtual keyboard and select Sound & Vibration to adjust the sound and vibration effects, as well as select some sound effects.





Question 6:

Why do I need to click the space before typing the next word?

Solution:

The Celia Keyboard can also automatically add spaces. The system automatically determines whether the next word you enter is a word. If it is a word, a space is added before the word. If it is a symbol, no space is added.

The thumb keyboard has two "G" and "V" on it.

Solution:

The thumb keyboard is also designed for user convenience.



Question 8:

How do I delete a language?

Solution:

Click on Settings, select Languages, first uncheck the language you want to delete, and then click Delete.





Question 9:

Why are there no long-click shortcuts on keyboards of other languages except English and some accented characters not displayed on the keyboard?

Solution:

The accent character can be selected by pressing and long on the corresponding character. We will consider adding keyboards in other languages in later versions.

Why are there two types of numeric keypads and the two numeric keypads different?

Solution:

Two different numeric keypads, one is horizontally arranged, the other is nine-key arrangement, is for the user to freely choose the input method used to.

About Cannot Enter Chinese Characters After the Celia Keyboard Is Automatically Upgraded

Solution:

Check whether the Celia keyboard version is in China or outside China.If the version starts with 11, the Celia keyboard is used outside China.The Chinese version starts with 1.
Root cause: The Chinese engine of the Chinese version is different from that of the Chinese version. As a result, the Chinese version is incompatible with that of the Chinese version. The version number outside China is later than that in China (Huawei specifications). The version number in China can be upgraded to the version number outside China. The version number in China cannot be upgraded to the version number in China. After the upgrade, Chinese characters cannot be entered.
Upgrade path: The app version to be downloaded from the AppGallery depends on the home location of the account. There are many upgrade paths. (The home location of the account is switched; the person is in China, has not logged in to the Huawei account at first, but has downloaded the version in China, and has logged in to the Huawei account later, and the home location of the account is overseas.)
Recovery Method:Solution 1.Uninstall, change your account to a Chinese one, and download the input method from the AppGallery again.
                Solution 2.Download the Chinese language package again or clear the input method data.
