Problem
After the user updates the system to Windows 11, opens the Start menu, and clicks Sticky Notes, the app icon is displayed on the taskbar, but the app screen isn't displayed. After the user clicks the icon on the taskbar, the system doesn't respond.
Cause
After the system is updated, the Sticky Notes app will be updated in the background before it is opened, and the app can't be opened when it is being updated.
Solution
After clicking the Sticky Notes app, wait until the automatic app update in the background is complete and then restart the app.
