When the printer is running out of toner, the "Toner Low" indicator on the touch panel will turn red and the error code "7F" will be displayed, reminding you to replace the toner cartridge.
It is recommended that you go to an official Huawei channel to purchase an original toner cartridge for the printer. If you use a non-original toner cartridge, the printing quality and performance of the printer may not meet the design standards and void the warranty services provided by the original manufacturer.
- Open the front cover, unlock the toner cartridge, and take the old toner cartridge out.
Clean your clothes or hands promptly if they get stained with toner.
- Take the new toner cartridge out of the packaging box and shake it horizontally for 2 to 3 seconds to prevent toner from accumulating.
- Insert and lock the new toner cartridge and close the front cover.
- Reset the toner cartridge: Press and hold the

for 5 seconds until "66" is displayed, indicating the printer has entered the toner transfer phase. The printer will then generate a buzzing sound that will last for about 100 seconds. When the buzzing sound ends, it indicates that the new toner cartridge has been inserted successfully.
