Hiding files or folders and checking all hidden files in a folder on the computer

Hiding files or folders:

  1. Right-click a file or folder that you want to hide and click Properties.

  2. Select Hidden and click OK.

Checking all hidden files in a folder

Open a folder and go to View > Show > Hidden items. All hidden files/folders in the folder will be displayed.
