Setting the theme colour (for title bars, window borders, the Start menu, taskbar, and others)
  1. Press Win+I to open the Settings window and go to Personalisation > Colours.

  2. Choose Manual from the drop-down menu next to Accent colour and select your preferred colour from the colour list as the computer's theme colour.

  3. To set the colour of title bars and window borders as the theme colour, turn on the switch for Show accent colour on title bars and window borders.

  4. If you want the Start menu and taskbar to be displayed in the theme colour, set Choose your mode to Dark and turn on the switch for Show accent colour on Start and taskbar.

    After you set Choose your mode to Light, the switch for Show accent colour on Start and taskbar will be greyed out and cannot be configured.
