Description

The warning code C1 is displayed when the printer is working properly indicating that the printer cover is open.

Cause

When the printer is working properly, the printer may display the warning code C1 due to the following reasons, including but not limited to:

1. The top cover is open.

2. The front cover is open.

3. The back cover is open.

Solution

The printer has been fully checked for functionality before delivery. If the warning code C1 is displayed when you are using the printer, check whether the top cover, front cover, and back cover of the printer are closed properly. If the issue persists after re-opening and re-closing the printer's top cover, front cover, and back cover and ensuring that they are all closed, take your printer and proof of purchase to an authorised Huawei Customer Service Centre for assistance.
