Why can't I use a memory card in the PrivateSpace?

Cause:

To prevent third-party apps from storing data to the memory card and causing data leakage, you will not be able to use a memory card in PrivateSpace or access the memory card from an app installed in PrivateSpace.

Solution:

It is recommended that you use the memory card only in the MainSpace. To move the files in your PrivateSpace to a different location: transfer the files from PrivateSpace to the MainSpace, and then move the files using the memory card.

Open PrivateSpace, go to Settings > Security & privacy > PrivateSpace, and touch PrivateSpace to MainSpace. Follow the onscreen instructions to transfer the files to the MainSpace, and then move the files from the memory card to the destination location.
