Setting background power consumption protection

  • Go to Settings > Apps, touch HUAWEI FamCare and HMS Core respectively, select Optimise battery usage, and enable Apps not optimised.
  • Go to Settings > Device care > Battery, touch in the upper right corner, select Settings, enable Notifications, disable all the other switches, touch Sleeping apps, and ensure that HUAWEI FamCare and HMS Core are not in the list.

Setting background cleanup protection

  1. Touch the recent tasks key () on your phone to display recent tasks.
  2. Touch the icon on the top of the HUAWEI FamCare app and touch Lock this app.
