Connecting the watch to an accessory for the first time
- Set the accessory to be connected to pairing mode. For details, see the accessory's user guide or contact the manufacturer.
- Press the Up button on your watch to open the app list and then go to .
You can also go to and touch + to add a device.
- Select the target device, for example, a heart rate band, speedometer/pedometer, or power meter.
Disconnecting/Reconnecting a paired accessory
- Press the Up button on your watch to open the app list and then go to or .
- Touch the name of the connected accessory, and then touch Disconnect. Alternatively, touch the name of the accessory that has been paired but has not been connected, and then touch Reconnect.
The accessories that have been paired with your watch will automatically connect to your watch when you are ready for a workout and will automatically disconnect from your watch when you finish the workout.
Viewing fitness data
- Heart rate band data: Touch Heart rate from the watch's app list and swipe up or down on the screen to view your heart rate data.
After the heart rate band is connected to your watch, the heart rate data measured by the band is displayed only when you are exercising (pool swimming and open water are not supported). When you are not exercising, the heart rate data measured by the watch is displayed.
- Speedometer/Pedometer/Power meter data: Select Workout from the app list, touch Outdoor cycle or Indoor cycle, and swipe up or down on the screen to view cycling data.
