Problem

When the laptop is powered on and enters the system for the first time, Wi-Fi cannot be found and the network cannot be connected.

Cause

When the computer is powered on for the first time, there is a delay in unpacking. The signal list of the wireless network adapter cannot be updated in time. As a result, the Wi-Fi signal list is empty and the network cannot be connected.

Solution

1. Press and hold the power button to power off your device, and then restart it.

2. If the connection still fails, press F10 during the restart to restore factory settings.
