Problem
The pre-installed screenshot tool is unavailable after pressing Win+Shift+S.
Cause
This is an issue with the screenshot tool that comes pre-installed in Windows 11.
Solution
- It is recommended that you use another screenshot tool instead.
- Huawei has notified Microsoft of this issue. It is recommended that you update Microsoft patches.
