If the network supports syncing and the issue persists, perform the following steps to troubleshoot:
- Make sure that you are using a HUAWEI phone running EMUI 10.0/HarmonyOS 2 or later, which supports this feature. Then open the Huawei Health app, touch Devices > Connected Watch > Device settings, and enable Sync WLAN configurations.
- Allow the Huawei Health app to always access the location information by going to Settings > Apps & services > Apps > Huawei Health > App permissions > Location > Allow (using phones running HarmonyOS 4.2 as an example).
- If the issue remains unresolved, manually disconnect the Bluetooth connection between your phone and watch, and connect them through Huawei Health again to trigger automatic syncing.
If none of the above resolves the problem, call the Huawei customer service hotline for assistance. We will do our best to address your needs.
Thanks for your feedback.
