My HUAWEI Mateview SE screen has a yellow tint

Problem

The monitor's screen has a yellow tint.

Cause

  1. Eye Comfort mode has been enabled.
  2. The colour temperature has been set to Warm.
  3. The monitor's cable or adapter is not properly attached, or there is a compatibility issue, resulting in abnormal image output.

Solution

  1. Disable Eye Comfort mode. To do so, go to Menu > Display, and disable Eye Comfort. Then, restore the monitor to its default settings. To do so, go to Menu > Settings > Factory reset.
  2. You can go to Menu > Display, and disable Colour temp to select a proper display effect. It is recommended that you set Colour temp to Cool or Neutral to suit your needs.

  3. Use the cable or adapter that came with your monitor to try again.
  4. If the issue remains unresolved, feel free to contact Huawei after-sales personnel for assistance.
