Set the input method and enable CEC

On the HUAWEI Vision's Home screen, go to Settings > General > Advanced. You can then set the input method and user experience improvement programme and enable CEC.

 
  • Input method: If other input methods have been installed, you can switch to another input method.
  • CEC: External devices can enter the standby or startup state the same time as the HUAWEI Vision.

    Using a set-top box (STB) as an example, after it is connected to the HUAWEI Vision, you will need to enable CEC:

    1. On the Input source screen, select in the upper right corner.
    2. Go to Advance options > HDMI CEC.
    3. Enable CEC.
