How to diagnose sound quality issues with the HUAWEI Vision |
1. In Optimiser, go to
.2. Select Start as prompted.
3. After the test is complete, perform the following operations as prompted:
- If the test sound is abnormal, select More services and dial the hotline or scan the QR code on the screen to get technical support.
- If the test sound is normal, select Normal and then Done to end the test.
If there is still an audio issue after the test is complete, use either of the following methods to troubleshoot:
Check for system updates in
on the HUAWEI Vision.Restore the HUAWEI Vision to its factory settings in
(this will erase your personal data).
You can click More services in the upper right corner to dial the hotline or scan the QR code on the screen to get technical support.
