Problem
After deleting all contacts in Cloud, the contacts still appear to occupy cloud storage space in
.Cause
When a contact is deleted in Cloud, it is automatically moved to Recently deleted. If the Recently deleted data is not cleared, it will continue to occupy storage space.
Solution
- Go to Recently deleted data. to view the size of the
- Log in to the HUAWEI Mobile Cloud official website (cloud.huawei.com), click on Contacts, then Recently deleted in the lower left corner, and delete the data.
- Go to , and delete the data.
There is two-way syncing between Cloud and your device, which means that when you enable syncing for Contacts, any data that you delete from Cloud will also be deleted from your device.
