Print Files with Huawei Print

Your device comes with Huawei Print, which detects nearby printers, allowing you to touch to print images and documents from it!

Effortless File Printing, with Huawei Print

  1. Power on your printer, and enable Wi-Fi on your device. Place your device close to the printer. Once the printer is detected, follow the onscreen instructions to complete the authorisation.

  2. To print files stored in different locations on your device:

    • Gallery: Open an image or select multiple images in Gallery, and go to Share > or More > Print or export as PDF.

    • Notepad: Open a note in Notepad, and go to More > Print.

    • Files: Select one or more files in Files, and go to Share > Print .

  3. Touch Select, and select your desired printer from the printer list. Then set the number of copies, colour, paper size, and other options on the preview screen, and touch PRINT.

    If you've used Huawei Print, the printer that has been used last time will automatically connect during printing.

Once printing starts, a print floating ball will display on your device screen . To continue printing, open the images and documents to be printed, and touch the print floating ball to add printing tasks to the queue.

Remotely Print Files with Huawei Print

If you own a Huawei printer, you can remotely print files from your device, via Huawei Print.

  1. Add a printer to the AI Life app on your device.

  2. When you are away from your printer, you can remotely print files by referring to Effortless File Printing, with Huawei Print.
