Unable to use certain watch faces in the Huawei Health app when my HUAWEI watch is in Ultra-long Battery Life mode/Battery saver mode

Problem

1: When the HUAWEI WATCH 3/4 Series watch is in Ultra-long Battery Life mode/HUAWEI WATCH 5/HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate 2 Series watch is in Battery saver mode, the user cannot install previously purchased watch faces by going to Huawei Health > Watch faces > Mine > Orders, and a message is displayed indicating that the watch faces are incompatible or the app cannot connect to the device.

2. When the HUAWEI WATCH 4/WATCH 5 Series/HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate 2 watch is in Ultra-long Battery Life mode/Battery saver mode, the user cannot find the watch faces that can be found on the Watch faces screen of the Huawei Health app when the watch is in Standard mode.

Solution

This is normal and does not indicate an issue with your phone. Please rest assured.

HUAWEI WATCH 3/4/5 Series/HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate 2 watches support two modes: Ultra-long Battery Life mode/Battery saver mode and Standard mode.
