Problem
After the user opens the Huawei Health app, goes to Health > Devices > Health monitoring, and enables Automatic stress test, the wearable device displays stress detection records as normal during the night-time, but during the daytime it fails to automatically detect stress or generate detection logs for long periods of time, or stress detection is otherwise irregular/incomplete.

When Automatic stress test is enabled, your device will detect your activity status on an ongoing basis. If it determines that you are still, it will detect your heart rate variability and calculate your stress. If your arms move slightly, it will not start detection. Therefore, the bar chart on the device screen may not have any data within some short periods of time, which is normal. This is no cause for concern.
