Share and Export a Note

Share and Export a Note

The Notes app makes it easy to share your notes with friends. It also allows you to export notes as pictures, PDF files, and other file formats.

Open Notes. From there, feel free to share or export notes in any of the following ways:

Share a note

  • Share an entire note: At the bottom of the note that you wish to share, go to > . Alternatively, on the note editing screen, go to > . Then select Image, PDF, or HiNote.

  • Share a single page of a note: On the note editing screen, go to > . Touch and hold the thumbnail of the page that you wish to share, touch Share page, and select Image, PDF, or HiNote.

Export a note

  • Export an entire note: At the bottom of the note that you wish to export, go to > . Alternatively, on the note editing screen, go to > . Then select Image, PDF, or HiNote.

  • Export a single page of a note: On the note editing screen, go to > . Touch and hold the thumbnail of the page that you wish to export, touch Export page, and select Image, PDF, or HiNote.

You can view the exported images in Gallery. For exported PDF and HiNote files, you can open Files, and enter a file name keyword to search for and view exported notes.
