1. Purchase a Huawei P30 Pro, P30, P30 Lite, Mate 20 Pro, P20 Pro in the UK between 8th August 2019 and 4th September 2019;
2. Register for the offer on our website (https://consumer.huawei.com/uk/support/extended-warranty-plan/) before 23:59 (BST) on 18th September 2019 (see registration steps below);
3. Retain valid proof of purchase of your device indicating your date of purchase, which will be provided by you when requesting a warranty repair.

Step 2: Type in your Serial number and the onscreen verification code and then submit.
Step 3: The website will display a message indicating that you have successfully registered for the warranty extension. -
6. When can I check my warranty extension status ?
(1) You need to complete the registration process between 8th August 2019 and 18th September 2019.
(2) The warranty extension will be activated within 24 hours of successful registration. -

10. If my phone receives damage (my exteneded warranty is valid) and the phone has other problems, how will the Huawei Service Centre handle my phone?
(1) You can go to a retail store, Operator store or enjoy our postal repair service through the Huawei Hotline.
(2) If the problems are covered by warranty, the Huawei Service Centre will repair it for free under your exteded warranty.
(3) If the problems are NOT covered by warranty, you’ll be charged by the Huawei Service Centre for a repair if you choose to have the work carried out. -
