What should I do if I have lost my phone?

If you have lost your phone, perform any of the following operations to remove or suspend the cards that have been added to Wallet as soon as possible:

To suspend bank cards in Cloud, log in to Cloud (cloud.huawei.com) on your computer and touch the Settings icon in the upper right corner. From there, you can suspend or remove your cards. Suspended cards cannot be used on the phone. If you find your phone later, you can resume the cards to start using them again.

To remove bank cards in Cloud, log in to Cloud (cloud.huawei.com) on your computer. Access the Find my phone screen, select your lost phone, and clear its data.

To report missing bank cards, call the bank's customer service to report your lost Huawei Pay bank cards. Once your bank confirms that the card is missing, Wallet will automatically remove your bank cards.
