Your Mobile WiFi has two MAC addresses. One of which is for Wi-Fi, while the other is for the virtual network card after you connect to a computer via USB.
The MAC address that appears on the web-based management page is the MAC address of your Mobile WiFi, which is different for each device.
After connecting your Mobile WiFi to a computer via USB, the MAC address that appears after you enter the CMD command on the computer is the MAC address used by the virtual network card. Since virtual network cards are not real physical network cards, the same MAC address will appear on other devices.
