Ensure that your phone has a good network connection.

Go to Settings > Account center > Payment and purchases > Purchase history and check whether the order is listed. If it is not, provide the following information to one of our agenthttps://consumer.huawei.com/en/support/hotline/.

Phone number

HUAWEI ID

Purchase date

Device model (to check this, go to Settings > System > About phone > Model)

Huawei Mobile Services version (to check this, go to Settings > Account center > Settings > About)

Transaction number (if the payment is successful, the transaction number can be found by going to Settings > Account center > Payment and purchases > Purchase history)

Transaction responses (email or SMS)
