- Make sure that the network cable is correctly connected to the LAN/WAN network port of the router, as indicated by the text printed next to the port.
- Make sure that the network cable is working properly. You can replace the network cable and try again.
- Make sure that the broadband service is stable. You can check by disconnecting your router, then directly connecting your computer to the Internet using an Ethernet cable.
- Make sure that you have entered the correct broadband account name and password. If they are incorrect, modify them on the Ethernet settings page on the web-based management page.
Modification procedure:
- Connect your phone to the Wi-Fi network of the HUAWEI 4G Router.
- Open the AI Life app. On the home screen of AI Life, touch the corresponding router to access the router management screen.
- Swipe up and go to Show more > Advanced setting > Internet access method. Select Broadband (PPPoE), enter the correct broadband account and password, and save the settings.
- If the issue persists, check whether the router is in auto connection mode. If not, change to Auto mode and try again.
1. Connect your phone to the Wi-Fi network of the HUAWEI 4G Router.
2. Open the AI Life app. On the home screen of AI Life, touch the corresponding router to access the router management screen.
3. Swipe up and go to Show more > Advanced setting > Carrier. Touch Preferred network, and select Auto.
