MEA My Phone request a password or a pin while I already created a fingerprint

Request:

·          Customer is asking why my phone request a pin or password while I already created a fingerprint without restarting the phone

·          Customer need to know how to protect his phone while he is sleeping to prevent anyone from unlocking the phone with his fingerprint

Solution:

Go to Settings > Security & privacy > Lock screen password > Secure lock settings > Show Lockdown button on power off screen, turn the switch on. 

 Long press the power button to enter the shutdown interface, and choose Lockdown button

Note：

·        When the Lockdown mode is turned on, the phone can only be unlocked with a password and the fingerprint unlocking and face unlocking are invalid.

·        This function will be disabled when the screen is locked again after unlocking with password, and the fingerprint and face unlocking can be used normally. To use the lockdown mode again, you need to long press the power button to reset it.
