- Check whether your starting point is My location. Currently, navigation can only be initiated when My location is set as the starting point.
- Check whether you have granted the Location permission and enabled the location service by doing the following:
- Go to Petal Maps has been granted the permission to access your location. and verify that
- Go to and verify that the location service has been enabled on your phone.
- Go to and verify that HMS Core (Huawei Mobile Services) has been granted the permission to access your location.
- Navigation will be affected by your surrounding environment and network conditions. It is recommended that you use the navigation function in an open area if possible.
