Unable to start navigation
  1. Check whether your starting point is My location. Currently, navigation can only be initiated when My location is set as the starting point.
  2. Check whether you have granted the Location permission and enabled the location service by doing the following:
    • Go to Settings > Apps > Permission manager > Maps > Location and verify that Petal Maps has been granted the permission to access your location.
    • Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services and verify that the location service has been enabled on your phone.
    • Go to Settings > Apps > Permission manager > HMS Core (Huawei Mobile Services) > Location and verify that HMS Core (Huawei Mobile Services) has been granted the permission to access your location.
    • Navigation will be affected by your surrounding environment and network conditions. It is recommended that you use the navigation function in an open area if possible.
