Problem:

After updating the firmware in Settings > Accessibility features > Stylus, the update progress bar does not change and an update failure message is displayed.

Cause:

1. You have disabled Bluetooth on your phone during the update.
2. The switch that allows for receiving location information is disabled for the stylus pen.

Solution:

It is recommended that you perform the update as prompted.

1. During the update, ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
2. During the update, ensure that the switch that allows for receiving location information is turned on for the stylus pen.
3. If the issue persists, reconnect to the stylus pen and perform the update again.
