You can plan a route in any of the following ways:

1. Open the Directions tab from the app home screen, and add the starting point and destination.
2. If the route has previously been searched for (same starting point and destination), you can find the route record on the Directions screen.
3. On the location details screen, touch Directions. (The default starting point is your current location.)
4. Search for the destination in the app, and touch Directions next to the correct search result. (The default starting point is your current location.)

You can then select your preferred route.
