How to use the HUAWEI mobile power bank

Charge the power bank

Connect one end of the charging cable to the charger, and the other end to the USB input port on the power bank. When the indicator of the power bank flashes it means that the power bank is being charged.

If you are unable to charge the power bank, refer to The power bank cannot be charged or charges too slowly.

Use the power bank to charge another device

If the power bank fails to charge another device, refer to The fast charging or SuperCharge icon does not appear when I charge my phone or tablet with a HUAWEI power bank.

  • Charging your phone or tablet

Connect one end of the data cable to the USB Type-C or USB Type-A port of the power bank and the other end to the phone or tablet. When the indicator of the power bank is on, it means that the power bank is charging the phone or tablet.

  • Charging your small charging current devices

Connect one end of the data cable to the USB Type-A port of the power bank and the other end to the device with a low charging current (such as a headset, watch, or band). Double-press the Power button. When the indicator flashes alternately, the device will enter the low-current charging mode for 2 hours. Press the Power button again to exit the low-current charging mode.

  • Charging your PC

Use a USB Type-C to USB Type-C power cable to charge a PC that features the USB Type-C port. When the indicator of the power bank is on, it means that the power bank is charging the PC.

Most PCs require a charging power higher than 40 W. If the maximum output power of the power bank is lower than the power required by the PC, the charging speed may be slow, and the battery level may remain unchanged or even decrease.
