Problem
When the printer is working, the scanned images and documents cannot be saved.
Cause
The save path for scanned files may have access permission problems.
Solution
Open HUAWEI Print, click the four-dot icon in the upper right corner, go to Device settings > General settings, and touch File storage on the right to check whether you have the permission to access the save path of scanned files. You can set the save path to a data disk.
