Unable to access the desktop directly with Face unlock after the screen is locked |
Problem
By default, the button for automatically removing the lock screen is enabled. After the user presses Win+L to lock the screen and then uses Face unlock to unlock the screen, the desktop cannot be accessed directly.
Cause
This is a normal phenomenon due to Microsoft's design for meeting security requirements.
Solution
Click the keyboard or touchpad to access the desktop, or wait for two minutes for the desktop to be displayed automatically.
