Power on the speaker, press and hold the Function button for 8–9 seconds until the indicator light flashes red, and then release the button. The speaker will restart when it has been successfully restored to its factory settings.

After the speaker has been restored to its factory settings, it will not reconnect to the previously paired phone. On your phone, delete the Bluetooth speaker from the paired device list, search for it again, and complete the pairing manually.

To delete the Bluetooth speaker from your phone's paired device list, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and find the device name, for example, HONOR AM510. Touch the icon on its right side and touch the unpairing icon.
