The Mobile WiFi may enter the automatic sleep mode. To save power, the Mobile WiFi automatically enter sleep mode after 10 minutes if no external device is connected, not charged, or not connected to a USB cable. In this case, the Wi-Fi devices are disconnected. You can press the power button to wake up the Mobile WiFi, and then reconnect to the Wi-Fi network.
If you want to disable the automatic Wi-Fi hibernation function of the device, perform the following steps:
1. Connect your mobile phone or computer to the Wi-Fi network of the Mobile WiFi .
2. Open the browser of the mobile phone or computer and enter 192.168. 8.1 to access the web configuration page, Choose Advanced Settings > WLAN > WLAN Advanced Settings, and set the automatic sleep time to No sleep.
