- Only 1 replacement within every 12 months from purchasing date.
- Customer pays a nominal amount as replacement fees.
- Need to be purchased during 48 hours from device purchasing time.
12 Months Screen Protection
- 12 months protection with 1 replacement.
- Covers accidental damages of the screen.
- Only 1 replacement within 12 months from purchasing date.

12 Months Warranty Extension
- 12 months warranty extension.
- Starts from the end time of the basic device's warranty (2 years)
- It covers what the basic warranty cover.
- Can be purchased during the basic warranty period is active to extend it.

Terms & Conditions
1- The VIP Services provide you with 3 Months Free Protection which allow you to repair one damaged part of the device for one time during the first 3 months from device purchasing time.
2- This benefit is applicable for HUAWEI Mate X3 & P60 Pro which purchased from authorized sale channels in Unite Arab Emirates.
3- This VIP Service is not conflicted with HUAWEI Care+, if customer purchase HUAWEI Care+, then the durations and the replacement times will be the resultant of both VIP Service & HUAWEI Care+.
4- Note that, HUAWEI Care protection services will not affect the VIP Free services of the device. Each will be considered alone. So when you have the VIP Service & Purchased HUAWEI Care, the HUAWEI Care Protection plan duration will start after the VIP Services duration end.
5- Collection Service are only applicable in Dubai and only one time during the first 12 months from device purchase date “in case customer have claimed and activated the VIP services to the device”. Please be informed that the onsite repair can only cover the software issues, if any hardware issues need to be repaired, then the device must be handled in service center.
6- Customers need to pay replacement fees when they got benefit from this service, the replacement fees is AED 79 for P60 Pro & AED 499 for Mate X3.
7- Customers can enjoy this benefit by visiting one of the HUAWEI Customer Service Center.
8- Customers must claim the free cloud space and activate it to enjoy it.
9- VIP services organizers have the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior consent.
