  • 4. What are the precautions for PC System Reinstallation service?
    PC System Reinstallation is only available for installation of the factory pre-installed system. The data of the device to be renewed should be backed up to other devices in advance to avoid accidental data loss and other situations during the system reinstallation process.
  • 5. How can I participate in PC System Reinstallation service?
    The PC System Reinstallation can be available for two ways: Reservation, Walk in to Customer Service Center.
