1. What's the period of HUAWEI Service Saving offers ?A: The campaign will be active from January 14th
And we will keep updating models and spare parts, which are subject to first- come, first serve- basis and while stock lasts. HUAWEI reserves the right to change these times without prior consent -
2. The spare parts for repair are original spare parts?A: Yes, please be assured that only original spare parts will be used for authorized repair by HUAWEI.

Terms & Conditions
HUAWEI Service Day (“Campaign”) is launched by HUAWEI Device (Hong Kong) Co., LTD (“HUAWEI”) and applicable to all HUAWEI customers.
That is based on the availability of stock and specified models on each HUAWEI service center for HUAWEI customers.
The applicable spare part stocks are limited and will be on a first come first serve basis and only while stock lasts.
The campaign is applicable for specified models and limited stock and not included all of HUAWEI models.
Only original spare parts will be used for Authorized repair by HUAWEI.
Spare parts replaced during the out-of-warranty repair are subject to a 180-day manufacture warranty from the date of replacement. (According to local laws & regulations )
All spare parts are subject to availability and on a while stock last basis. HUAWEI Services HK reserves the right to substitute any Offers with offers of similar value with prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion.
HUAWEI Services HK assumes no liability or responsibility in respect to defect or deficiency of the Offers or the nature/consumption of the offers and will not entertain any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.
