What should I do if I cannot find an app in AppGallery?

If an app cannot be found in AppGallery, the reasons could be:

2. Due to legal and regulatory requirements in your service region, this app is currently unavailable in your area.
3. The app is temporarily incompatible with your system version, making it unsearchable and undownloadable. Please upgrade your system to the latest version and try searching again.
4. If the app was previously searchable but is no longer available, it may have been removed by our review team due to detected anomalies, or the developer may have revoked authorization for its distribution on the “Huawei AppGallery.”

Solutions:

1. Try searching the AppGallery for alternative apps of the same type to use temporarily.
2. If you need apps specific to your local region, you can register a local Huawei account. Go to Settings > Log in to Huawei ID > Register, follow the on-screen instructions, and select your local country/region. After registration, log out of your current AppGallery account, switch to the new account, and download the desired local apps.
